You can request deletion of your Presci account and associated account data using either option below.
If you can access your account, open Presci and go to More > Account > Delete Account. This is the fastest path because it helps verify that you control the account.
If you cannot access the app, send us a deletion request from the email address associated with your Presci account.

Deletion requests remove or de-identify account information from active systems within a reasonable period after verification. This may include your account profile, authentication-linked account data, predictions, squad memberships, and user-generated content where deletion is technically and legally appropriate.
Some information may be retained for a limited period where required or permitted by law, including security logs, fraud-prevention records, app-store transaction records, backup copies, support records, legal/accounting records, and aggregated or de-identified analytics. Subscription cancellation must be handled through Apple App Store or Google Play if you have an active subscription.
