Please read these Terms carefully. They describe your rights and responsibilities when using Presci App. They also contain dispute-resolution, warranty-disclaimer, and liability-limitation provisions that may affect your legal rights.
Presci App ("Presci," "we," "our," or "us") provides football information, prediction tracking, rankings, social features, and related mobile and web services (the "Services"). For questions, support, or legal notices, contact support@presciapp.com.
By downloading, accessing, creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for them.
The Services are not intended for children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account.
Presci is a sports information, prediction, statistics, ranking, and social competition app for entertainment and skill-tracking purposes. Presci is not a sportsbook, betting operator, gambling platform, wagering service, investment service, or professional advice service.
The Services rely on third-party data providers, automated systems, user activity, and app infrastructure. Fixtures, scores, standings, lineups, injuries, player information, statistics, notifications, AI summaries, and predictions may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or changed after publication. You should verify important sports information with official or alternative sources before relying on it.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, real-time accuracy, complete sports coverage, a specific data source, or a particular feature set.
Presci may allow users to submit usernames, display names, profile content, predictions, squad messages, match chat messages, comments, reactions, and other content ("User Content"). You are responsible for your User Content and must not submit content that is illegal, abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, defamatory, spam, misleading, infringing, or otherwise harmful.
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts if we believe a user has violated these Terms, platform rules, law, or community safety expectations. To report content or behavior, contact support@presciapp.com or use any in-app reporting tools that are available.
Presci and its original software, designs, text, graphics, scoring systems, prediction features, and user experience are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Presci is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or officially connected with FIFA, any tournament organizer, football association, league, club, federation, broadcaster, player association, team, data provider, or rights holder unless expressly stated.
Sports team names, league names, competition names, player names, schedules, scores, standings, statistics, and country flags may be shown only for factual identification, sports-statistical context, prediction tracking, and user discussion. All third-party trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and related intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Unless expressly licensed or otherwise permitted, Presci does not use official FIFA logos, tournament emblems, mascots, trophy artwork, official tournament visual branding, club crests, team logos, player photos, broadcast footage, or licensed editorial images.
If you are a rights holder and believe specific content in Presci should be reviewed, corrected, removed, or attributed differently, please contact support@presciapp.com and identify the specific content at issue.
Presci may offer free and paid membership tiers, subscriptions, and one-time purchases through Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, or other approved providers. Prices, features, limits, renewal terms, cancellation options, refund rules, and taxes are shown in the app store or purchase flow and may vary by country, platform, and time.
The Services may use or link to third-party services, including app stores, payment processors, analytics, advertising, crash reporting, authentication providers, infrastructure providers, notification services, and sports-data providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, decisions, or data accuracy.
Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that we process information as described there and as required to operate, secure, improve, and support the Services.
We may update these Terms or the Services from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as updating this page, changing the "Last updated" date, or providing in-app notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms, except where additional consent is required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Presci and its owners, developers, service providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or use, arising from or related to the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid directly for Presci Services in the 12 months before the claim or US $100. These limitations do not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, such as certain consumer rights, intentional misconduct, or other non-waivable rights.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Presci and its owners, developers, agents, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer-protection laws in your place of residence may still apply where required by law.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@presciapp.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, disputes will be resolved by individual binding arbitration to the extent permitted by law. You and Presci waive the right to participate in class, collective, or representative actions to the extent permitted by law. Either party may bring eligible claims in small claims court, and nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief where legally available.
Your use of the mobile app may also be subject to Apple App Store, Google Play, device manufacturer, and operating system terms. Apple and Google are not responsible for Presci's content, support, or claims except as required by their applicable terms and policies.
If you have questions about these Terms, contact support@presciapp.com.
