Presci App ("Presci," "we," "our," or "us") respects privacy and aims to be transparent about how information is collected, used, shared, and protected when you use our mobile app, website, and related services (the "Services").
For privacy questions, requests, or appeals, contact support@presciapp.com. Where privacy law uses the term "controller," Presci is the controller for information we decide how and why to process. Some third-party services may act as independent controllers for their own processing, such as app stores, advertising networks, or authentication providers.

Where GDPR or UK data protection law applies, our legal bases may include:
Presci may show advertisements to free-tier users through Google AdMob or similar partners. In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, we aim to use a Google-certified consent management flow before serving ads that require consent. On iOS, Apple App Tracking Transparency may also ask whether you allow tracking across apps and websites. Your choices may affect whether ads are personalized, non-personalized, limited, or unavailable.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, some privacy laws define "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" broadly. Where required, you may opt out of sale/sharing/targeted advertising by using device privacy settings, advertising consent prompts, or by contacting us at support@presciapp.com.
We may share information with service providers and partners that help us operate the Services, including hosting/database, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, push notification, app-store, subscription, payment validation, advertising, security, and customer support providers. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate fraud or abuse, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent.
Current or expected providers may include Supabase, RevenueCat, Apple, Google, Google AdMob, Expo, Sentry, Cloudflare, and football-data providers. Sports-data providers generally receive app or server requests for sports information and should not need your account profile information to provide fixtures and statistics.
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. These countries may have privacy laws different from where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections or provider compliance mechanisms.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain accounts, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, enforce rules, prevent abuse, and maintain security. Retention periods vary by data type.
You can request account deletion in the app or through our account deletion page. Deletion requests remove or de-identify account information from active systems within a reasonable period, subject to verification and exceptions required or permitted by law. Some information may remain for limited periods in backups, security logs, legal records, payment records, fraud-prevention records, or anonymized/aggregated analytics.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information; withdraw consent; opt out of targeted advertising or certain sharing; and appeal a denied request. To exercise rights, contact support@presciapp.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
California, Colorado, and other U.S. state privacy laws may provide additional rights. Colorado residents may also have rights related to targeted advertising and recognized universal opt-out mechanisms. EEA/UK users may lodge complaints with their local data protection authority.
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps. Users under the age of majority should use the Services only with parent or guardian permission.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as updating this page, changing the "Last updated" date, or providing in-app notice where appropriate.
